I'd take this moment to wish =chemb0t a happy anniversary. For those who need an introduction, this is Dak and GEM, tho characters he designed and which people associate him with. Most people assume that his avatar is the fox, but he's actually the floating robot. I did that assumption a long time ago until he told it in chat. XP;
=chemb0t's been part of the community for as long as I've been. In a way, we kinda grew together and share similar path. It was pretty fun to see where and how everyone progressed in life. I participated on some of his projects and had real fun helping out. I just wish I had the time and drive to pursue them back then. Somehow, I feel like I didn't do enough to contribute.
Anyway, I hope you had a real fun night. This is one of the little things I've always wanted to draw to show you how much I appreciated the the time we spent together setting up ambitions. Happy Birthday!

Wow, thanks Nick! It's been a while since anyone's done any artwork for me. =] It looks so slick. The fact that it was done on a tablet PC just makes this even more fascinating! XD
And yes, you and I are very much on the same wavelength. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you, our code ninja, swooping in just at the right moment to solve those problems just a bit beyond our reach. I can say that I learned a lot from you. =] Hopefully we can work together again one of these days. In the meantime, it is great to step back and see how far we've come.. Gosh, almost one full decade on DA. I wonder if we get anything special for sticking around that long.
